Account Settings

In this lesson we’ll walk through the settings available to account admin at the account and location level.

  1. From the admin dashboard, click the Settings menu and the Account tab.
  1. In the Welcome Video field, change the video that users will see when they first log in to their account. To change the video, add the URL to a different video in this field.
  1. Turn on or off the 508 Accessibility questions on the user sign-up page.
  1. In the Custom Terms URL, you can change the URL linked to the terms section in the platform footer of your account.
  1. View the number of users in your account, domain URL, and the email domain restrictions.
    • To add or remove email domain restrictions on your account, contact your Customer Success Manager.
  1. Add an optional custom message to your account login page.
  1. Click the Save button to save any changes.

Location Settings

  1. From the admin dashboard, click the Settings menu and the Locations tab.
  1. From the Locations tab you can view all of the locations in your account. Click the Create New Location button to create a new location.
  1. Make sure the location status is set to Active.
  1. Add a location name and select the location type.
  1. Optional: Using the text field, update the welcome message that will be displayed on student homepages in the location.
  1. Update the contact email, phone, and address information that will be displayed in the Contact Us link in the platform footer.
  1. Select or deselect the location check boxes to turn on/off the feature allowing students to ask for counselor review on their interviews, and turn/off default resources on student homepages.
  1. Set a default share link expiration time limit using the text field. The time limit is set in number of days. Leave the field blank for no default expiration, and set the field to 0 to disable sharing.
  1. Set a default Time Limit and Retry Limit for interviews and assignments using the drop down fields. Admin and professors may adjust this setting on individual interviews.
  1. Click Save to create the location.
  1. To adjust any of the above settings on an existing location, click the Edit icon next to the location row.
  1. To delete a location, click the Delete icon next to the location row.

Click the Register link in the menu bar to create a profile. Creating a profile allows you to track and maintain progress on course lessons you’ve started and completed.
